I placed my order online and paid via PayPal. Within just a few days I received all of the cartridges. I have not used any of them yet but based on the excellent customer service I know if I had an issue Ink Jets will take care of it.
- Bad experience 0 people found this helpfulI opened the black cartridge and ink started pouring out of the bottom. I dodged a bullet on my clothes but all over my hands. I started to call and swap. I let it sit a few days and then tried again. I can't tell it's leaking but all my colors, which I changed are not coming through with the new cartridges. The price was great but not sure about the quality at this point.
