- Great prices 0 people found this helpfulMy company has been purchasing from Inkjets.com for over a year now. The prices are great. The only down side is the shipping time. We found that in order not to run out of ink we had to purchase two cartridges and order a replacement when we load the last cartridge we have on hand. It takes a week to get the cartridges. This last time when we loaded our last cartridge it was defective. They will replace the cartridges at no cost but there is a long wait time. You have to return the defective cartridge (about a week in shipping) and wait to receive the replacement cartridge (about a week in shipping). We do save a lot of money and the quality (especially with the XL cartridges) has been great. My suggestion is to test it when it first comes in and not wait until it is time to change the cartridge.
