- Company is great, cartridge isn't compatible 0 people found this helpfulInk and cartridges from InkJet have worked for me in the past, so I do not hesitate to order from them. However, this cartridge has a solid tab on the right that prevented it from fitting into my printer, even though I verified with InkJet by phone it was the correct one. The company was very gracious and sent me a return label, then issued a refund quickly to my card. My particular printer needs to be taken off the compatible list, however until an adjustment is made. I also ordered ink for a different printer, and it works perfectly!
