- HP REPAIR!!! 0 people found this helpfulHE PRINT QUALITY IS GOOD, BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT "HP" PROGRAMS THE PRINTER TO STOP WORKING AFTER THREE OR FOUR TIMES WE USE A DIFFERENT CARTRIDGE THAN "HP". I HAVE NOT FOUND A REPAIR FOR THE PRINTER, AFTERWARDS!!!!!!
- Amazing service but not with HP printer 0 people found this helpfulCustomer service is excellent and responsive. And, when the cartridges have worked, they too have been excellent. However, because of HP's user unfriendly practices, these cartridges have been more of a headache than a help. HP seems to change their firmware, or something, to prevent the use of remanufactured cartridges, and the result is extreme frustration and inability to use the printer.
