- Everything worked except the Yellow 0 people found this helpfulI have purchased from Inkjets for the past couple of years, and have been very satisfied with the product. This past order, all the colors and black worked, except for the yellow. I called and they sent out another yellow right away, and it did not work either. They just switched the interface with a new design, not sure if that was the issue, the red and blue worked fine along with the black. I will still purchase from Inkjets because the price is fantastic and the customer service is great also. One bad cartridge will not deter me. thanks,
