When I installed the new drum and toner the print was not clear or complete. I even tried a new toner and still the same results. I contacted Inkjet and was told they would replace. I personally delivered the new drum and two toners. Peter replaced drum with a different manufacturer and two new toners. I installed the new drum and toner and now it is working. Its seems that the original drum I received was bad. I have other printers I use and order products from inkjets. I guess sometimes products don't work. I plan to continue ordering from you.
