The new one didn't work at all and I had to go to Office Depot and buy a replacement for $39.99. The Ink Jet cartridge I put in was from Jan. 2019 and evidently it had dried up. Now ordering a 10-pack is a waste of money if they dry up before I use them. I'll order from Brother from now on.
