- Good Value 0 people found this helpfulEasy to install. The toner works well with my Brother printer and lasts a long time. The price was right. One small issue: don't believe your printer when it says the toner is running low; let the quality of the print tell you when it is time to change the cartridge. There is a lot of toner left.
- Return policy good, but drum did not accept my old OEM toner! 0 people found this helpfulDon't know why (nor does your representative I talked to) but the OEM toner I have in my machine does NOT fit into your drum! I told her my OEM toner is old (like 3+ years) as I bought a 5 pack a long time ago. I thought that might be the problem. Anyway, you get an OK because she quickly sent a return postage. But, you should REALLY check this out.
- Too soon to tell 0 people found this helpfulI can't tell about the quality of the products until I install them. The order came later than originally projected but I don't expect to use them until later in the year. Only comment at this time is that two of the three have fractures in their packaging that may or may not mean the products were damaged. We'll see.
