I kept getting a text from Mon - Thurs saying that it was out for delivery and then at the end of the day I would get one that said that it was rescheduled for the next day. It wasn't until I really complained to FedEX on Thursday that I finally received my delivery on Friday afternoon. When I called on Thursday (both FedEx and Inkjets.com I received very uncaring attitudes. Will seriously consider other alternatives in the future.
