- We have a problem, Houston 0 people found this helpfulFor whatever reason, I am not able to use the yellow cartridge. My copier shows an error code and says the cartridge is not Canon compatible. The others seem to be fine. There must a little bit of toner in the old cartridge and that is what I am using now. Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!!
