- long lasting ink! 0 people found this helpfulOrdered Feb. 24, 2016. The cartridges finally ran out in November 2016. Nine months of use. Compare that to new cartridges from an office supply store that ran out after two months from less than 1/3 of the printing I did with InkJets. I'm sticking to InkJets.com!
- Exercising Warranty 0 people found this helpfulI found it seriously annoying that my new color ink cartridge would not produce magenta. Thinking of solutions, I wasted more than 25 pieces of paper and who knows how much ink from my other cartridge. I was going to wreak havoc on somebodies day at inkjets.com but their customer service chat line was SO GOOD that I was immediately placated and satisfied that I was being taken good care of! They gave me a couple of things to try to solve the problem and when those didn't work, they rushed out another cartridge. Needing my printer, I had already installed expensive manufacturers ink so I can't tell if this second cartridge even works yet but I have some faith that this company's customer service will actually help me. Next time I won't waste so much paper... just contact their chat and let them make it work or replace it for you. However, that means having a cartridge of standby ink...
