Some gurus warn me against using other than ink from the original manufacturer as it causes the holse to plug. I do hope yours works properly but must wait until the original ink runs out. One advang=tage to your method of selling is that I can buy each cartridge separately whereas HP combinmes colors that usually create unbalance in quantities.One disadvantage, though probably small, is that you do not have lights that blink on empty packages. I shall see and evaluate. I bpught nine packages of different colors. John Wereb
