- A couple of defective cartridges but good customer service resolution. Still worth the good prices. 0 people found this helpfulVery good prices but I did get a couple of defective cartridges in my last order. Both of the larger black cartridges started dripping ink all over my desk as soon as I removed them from the package. I was working late to meet a deadline on an important legal case so it was an unfortunate situation/timing. Calling customer service, they were prompt, pleasant and are replacing free of charge. No hassle. Despite this incident, still worth the prices.
- Good price and work fine but they leaked all over when I opened them 0 people found this helpfulDelivery was pretty quick, but when I opened the cap on these they ink started to "burble" out (upward) all over my hand. Fortunately I opened them over the garbage, not my carpet! Happened with all 4 that I opened. I've never had this problem with any other brand. I had to use them anyway (printer was out of 4 colors of ink and won't print anything unless they are all replaced) and they do seem to be working fine, but it was messy and I lost some of the ink that should be going to the printer! Emailed customer service and they responded within about 1 day with an offer to send me a prepaid mailing label to return them, but I am very disappointed.
