- The Jury is still Out 0 people found this helpfulMy order arrived as promised. The cartridges I have installed so far have worked with my printer. Time will tell how long they will last. Unfortunately the color of black in the PGI-5 cartridges leaves a lot to be desired. The first one was light grey and not usable. The second is more of a dark grey rather than black. I will address that seperately with the company.
