- Not sure yet. 0 people found this helpfulI'm not sure yet. I had ordered 4 cartridges previously. After installing the cartridges, my printer informed me that it did not recognize the yellow cartridge. So I ordered a new yellow cartridge from InkJet. Before I could even install the yellow, we tried printing. This time the printer indicated that it was "red" that was defective/unrecognized. So I guess I will now order a red cartridge and see what happens. This is all very frustrating, but I don't really know who to blame. I have used InkJet ink in the past with no problem whatsoever.
