- Almost happy 0 people found this helpfulOver the last month, I have purchased about 12 or 14 cartridges. All but one was great the defective one couldn't be recognized by the printer. Notified ink jets and was told try this, try that if all our suggestions don't work we will give you a RMA. After purchasing that many cartridges they should have just sent a replacement with instructions to send the defective cartridge back. I will still buy from ink jets but was not happy with customer service response.
