- Replacing an Ink Cartridge 0 people found this helpfulI had an Ink Jets.com magenta cartridge that wouldn't work in my printer. I contacted customer service about returning it, and received a prompt response. The representative offered some solutions that might work. I wrote back that after trying them all, none of the possible solutions worked to help remedy my problem. I was told that they would send me 2 new cartridges to replace my faulty one if I agreed. I was very thankful and truly impressed by their generosity and professional service. I have ordered more cartridges, and will continue to do business with Ink Jets.com.
