My 13" X 19" Epson printer requires a lot of ink to record my work and your very reasonable prices are a godsend. One of the MAGENTA cartridges failed to deliver any ink at all so that the first 3 large sheets of expensive gloss paper media were wasted as green monochromes. I switched to a second magenta cartridge which of course proved to be of your usual high quality. Had I paid Epson's prices I'd be looking to be reimbursed, but the multi purchase I made from you still makes the loss of one color negligible.
