Top customer reviews
- Good Quality for the price 0 people found this helpfulOnly had 1 minor issue with 1 of the cartridges. It had some kind of residue on the mico chip that the printer needs to recognize the cartridge. A bit of rubbing alcohol and a pencil eraser solved the problem, it just took me 15 minutes to track down the issue.
- Half right 0 people found this helpfulI ordered 2 refills for my Epson printer. One worked as expected and the other would not fit in the slot. Customer service took care and sent another cartridge, but it was hard to load and once loaded the printer wouldn't recognize it. I ended up getting a refill at Costco that works well.
- Cyan Replacement 0 people found this helpfulI've been using Inkjet.com for two purchases during the last six months. Buying the "brand name" ink was cost prohibitive. My first order was perfect and the first thing I noticed was that my printer didn't tell me that I ...."wasn't using (brand name) ink". So, that was great! It accepted all cartridges without question. My next order was for all colors and all went in without a hitch and worked, except Cyan. I started getting the message that "....not (brand name) ink...". I called Customer Service and CS sent me "reset" instructions, but that didn't work either. So, I replied back on e-mail, and immediately they said they would send me a replacement, which I received very quickly. It worked! I will gladly continue to use inkjet.com for their quality of ink, quick service, and, IF a cartridge isn't working, they will replace it quickly. Inkjet.com is a great value and their Customer Service department exceeds most others!
