- Problem 0 people found this helpfulAlthough I am still satisfied with Ink Jets, I did have a problem with my recent order. My printer did not recognize some of the cartridges. However I did talk to customer support and they are helping me with this problem.
- seems to work, most of the time 0 people found this helpfulhad a bit of trouble with my printer not recognizing the black ink cartridge (or so customer service from InkJets, wrote me) but by restarting the printer, everything started to work.
- Ok for the money 0 people found this helpfulThe black ink goes on like water color's with a fat brush. Any small detail gets smeared over. Only after playing with paper and photo settings on the printer did it improve, but only slightly. Detail in large areas of color are lost. When the ink is wet the color looks great. That is short-lived as it becomes dry the color loses all vibrancy. Not sure if i like this ink on "Premium Presentation Paper" the paper is supposed to improve the print but I think it makes it worse, still playing with it
