- Ink ok most of the time 0 people found this helpfulI have purchased this ink several time in the past couple of years. I have had two incidents where a single ink cartridge was bad. The first time I contacted customer service and the cartridge was promptly replaced. The second time I just didn't bother. The biggest issue in my opinion is with the printer manufacturers. They do everything they legally can to force the purchase of their ink. It is often difficult to get the aftermarket ink to operate properly.
