- Quick, Easy Processing 0 people found this helpfulI can't comment fully until the last drop of ink is used, but the process and service was quick and easy. I have purchased before and was satisfied with both black and color, BUT the color cartridge I just replaced had a flaw. The printer showed 2/3 full, but the red stopped flowing making the color printing impossible. I will assume it was a clogged print head. Shame to waste the ink and the money, but it was a recycled head, what can I say, a higher risk than a new cartridge. I tried cleaning it per instructions, but there was no difference.
