The second one that in replaced it with is still working, but it has only been a day or two in operation. I have called your company and you have agreed to send another #56. We will see.
- I ordered two of these 0 people found this helpfulI ordered two of these and the first one hardly worked at all (it only printed a few pages before it stopped working altogether and then the "empty" indicator light on my printer started flashing again) but the second one has worked perfectly, so I guess you get a 3 out of 5 rating? In short, I'm not sure what the problem was with the first cartridge but it indeed did not work for me so your rating is what it is.
