- Disappointed 0 people found this helpfulI installed both simultaneously. The right has three bars and the left (colored) has only one, indicating it was not full...disappointed. I tried them in another machine, same is true.
- Don 0 people found this helpfulI received the products and proceeded to immediately install the color cartridge NH-RF6U63AN (HP-63XL C) in my NEW HP OfficeJet 4650 printer and immediately tried to print. I could not get the printer to work at all even after removing the cartridge and re-inserting it several times. I tried replacing the NO.63XL (Black cartridge) putting the used color cartridge back in and still couldn't get the printer to work. I replaced the color cartridge with the used cartridge and got the printer working however it only printed one page and shut down completely. I had to hire a computer tech to work on my computer windows 10 for over an hour before he revived the HP OfficeJet 4650 and it started printing again and advised me very strongly to purchase Printer ink from HP because their cartridges will not "Shut Down" my printer. I have been an Ink Jets customer for several years with little to NO PROBLEMS IN THE PAST, however this problem has given me second thoughts.
