- Replace,ent Carrtidges 0 people found this helpfulI appreciate the speedy response regarding the issue of the first four black cartridges that were defective. I received the replacements quickly. But I still have a stain on my unfinished wood that is going to take some work to remove.(I tried). When I opened the first of the replacement cartridges I made sure that I opened it with something under it in case it leaked. Well, sure enough it did. Not to the extent of the first four; but it still leaked. I had to wipe it off before installing it. And I had a couple of issues with the quality of the black ink on the first couple of items I printed. I have not opened the other three; and I don't intend to until I need them. I have had no issues with the color cartridges. I would suggest that maybe you do some quality control on these black cartridges prior to sending them out. Because of your very good service I will likely use you again for my print cartridge needs. Thank you,.
