- Problem with latest cartridges 0 people found this helpfulThe most recent cartridges I received from you appear to have an issue. My HP printer quite often tells me with these new cartridges that the cartridge is bad and needs to be replaced even though it has recently been installed or had plenty of ink left. This is in addition to the normal message I have always received since using your cartridges where HP realizes I am using non HP cartridges. This in itself is not an issue but the bad cartridge notice requires shutting down the printer and restarting and even then this does not always work.
