Customer Support, not so much . . . . 0 people found this helpfulLet me start by saying that I have ordered many cartridges from Ink Jets.com and everyone of them has worked as advertised. However I did have one problem with customer service when in placing an order I received the wrong cartridge. I called customer service and was told that no problem they would send me the right cartridge and I can do what I wanted with the wrong one that I had received Since I had no printer that could use it I tossed it the trash. A few hours later I get an email that tells me they're sorry I got a “defective" product and that I need to send it back with in a limited amount of time or I would be charged for that product. this was after I had been told that I did not have to send it back. A small point but looks like one part of the department is not talking to the other. Anyway they're still five stars in my book. Chip W.
