- The Little Ink Cartridges Big Adventure! 0 people found this helpfulNot sure, haven't gotten here yet :-( By my count its been around 17 days or so since I ordered them. Not blaming y'all, as it looks like on Fedex tracker, it's taken them the time I could drive back and forth to California twice, to get it here. Well, close to here. Fedex tracker say's they were within a few miles from me in Martinsburg last week but somehow got shipped to Ohio. Tracker says it should be delivered today. Send the review again tomorrow and add a "How was the delivery experience?" question so as not to muddy the water on my rating your product in the review. Thanks, Jim
- Didn't work in my printer 0 people found this helpfulDid not work in HP officejet 3830. One of the cartridges had a bad chip and the printer would not read it, preventing any printing. Giving 3 stars since the return process was easy.
- Wasted my money. Too bad I get give zero stars. 0 people found this helpfulWasted money, Hope I can get a refund. I loaded the cartridges. Stepped/skipped the non-compatible errors but printer gives alignment error. Every time I tried to print, I get alignment recommended. If I hit align, the alignment of the cartridges fail. I hit do not align, I get a blank sheet printed and an error statement. After that, it tries to align again. A vicious endless loop. I waited 4 or 5 days to get these cartridges and now my printer is f*#ked up.
