The rep told me to mail the defective cartrigde back. And now this is the part that really made me appreciate your service: I was told that InkJets.com was going to mail me a new cartridge BEFORE you received the old one back. That accommodation was a big help because the printer wouldn't work w/o the cyan cartridge in place. (I later saw that if I didn't send the defective cyan cartridge back, you would charge me for it. But, I felt that was only fair.)
