- Poor performance 1 people found this helpfulThe first day after receiving the toner cartridge it was perfect. Then day two it started leaving dark images, like roller marks, across everything that was printed. Tried all the tech support trouble shooting techniques but nothing worked. Asked for a replacement and said they would after the bad one was returned. Well this is a network printer and is critical for our business. Had to go buy an HP original, which works perfectly, before I can return it. Was hoping these cheaper off brands would work, it's disappointing.
