- Good price, inadequate communication 0 people found this helpfulThis was my first order with Inkjets. I ordered for my HP printer and received the wrong ink. After a week and a half of emailing and calling the company, they finally sent out a replacement -- and it was the same one they sent in error the first time. I dreaded having to wait another two weeks to get my ink, so I decided to see if the cartridge would fit, despite being the wrong SKU. It fit and I was able to print in color again.... Now I'm annoyed no one communicated to me that the cartridge they originally sent would have worked with my printer after all. The price is unbeatable but I'm nervous about future purchases, so I don't know if I'll order again. Better communication from customer service would go a long way toward timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
