- malfunction of cardridge 0 people found this helpfulI received my order timely, however: I replaced both the color and the black in my printer on the 3rd of December and after a few prints with my color I had to stop and restart a few times as the color cartridge failed, that was on the 5th of December on which date I had to replace the cartridge, since then I have not done much printing and don't know yet how your product will hold up. In the past I had no problem with your cartridges but this new one seems to be defective.

I called ink jet and they immed processed a different sku and sent me an r/a. Service and people were truly outstanding!
