I only ran about 50 copies or less and the cartridge quit printing the complete message that I printed from the internet. I checked my printer, cleaned the print head, etc. but it did not correct the problem. I installed the second black cartridge and it is working so far. The only problem with the second cartridge was when I opened it the ink ran out all over my hands but I put the cartridge in the printer and like I said it is fine so far. I will keep you posted as to the progress. I am sorry this happened, I havean't used the color cartridge yet but will keep you informed when I use it. I don't do a lot of printing aso it will be awhile before it will be used. Thank you. I am very sorry for the problem. Harvey Shifflett
