- Rplacement for defective cartridge 0 people found this helpfulI bought a pack of cartridges that included four black ink cartridges. When I installed the second one it didn't work. I called and Inkjets immediately sent a replacement, saying it was within the one year warranty period. They handled it with no hassle so 5 stars for that. My 4 star rating is based on the fact that the cartridge went bad in the first place.

- My Purchase of a Lexmark Multipack 0 people found this helpfulI ordered a Multipack (4 colors) for my Lexmark printer and got swift delivery. The Black ink cartridge was defective. I called Inkjet Tech support. After I explained that it could not be identified by my Lexmark It kept displaying "Insert cartridge" in the BLACK printer head slot. The Tech told me to send the defective cartridge back. He then told me my new replacement cartridge was on the way. He was quite knowledgeable, very polite and apologetic.He was all business. Sure enough in 3 days I received the new cartridge, put in my Lexmark and I was back printing. I'm retired so there was no great rush. I shall continue to order future cartridges from Inkjet.
