- The product seems fine, but delivery was problematic 0 people found this helpfulThe product, a toner cartridge, works well. However, i ordered the product early on a Friday afternoon so it should've been dispatched by 4:00. I received an email with a link for tracking, but it didn't work. Although delivery just made it within the 3-5 business day period, it appeared from information I gleaned online that the item was not dispatched until two days prior to delivery. Although I usually have extra toner, this was a special situation in which I didn't have extra and needed a cartridge because something was wrong with the one I was using that prevented the printer from functioning.
