- ordered 3 times 1 people found this helpfuli have ordered this 3 different times, and been extremely happy for the 1st 2 times, but this last time my C251 XL skinny black cartridge will NOT stay seated in its spot. every time i try to print it will pop out and i get anerror msg. 1ST time and i hope the last time because i will continue to order from here. So hopefully this one bad cartridge was just a fluke.
