However, the only thing about purchasing Ink that's not purchased as Original Manufactured Company Logo Ink is it seems to dry out quicker when not used in a timely manner. I had a slight issue with my last order, I ordered a 12 pack Ink set and received a 10 pack set, luckily I read the box upon opening the packaging and opened up the box to verify and I was missing 2 Gray cartridges which was quickly resolved when I called the company representative who shipped me the two cartridges which I'm still waiting to receive due to normal shipping time which takes about 7-10 days. The problem I experience is, my printer will not print anything without Ink in every color cartridge, my fault for purchasing a printer that must have all colored ink in order to print just black documents, go figure. If I don't print colored documents and use all colored Ink, the Ink dries out and shuts me down even if printing black and white sheets only. I said all that to say, this Ink is a good value and I plan on using this method of procurement and this company until prices rise. I'll look elsewhere if the quality decreases or prices increase which may warrant the purchase of a new printer that prints only black and white used for document printing only. I recommend that when a mistake is made when filling a order, ship the corrected order items quick as possible, we order Ink based on need, not as a storage backfill. I'm still not able to print until I get my gray ink cartridge. I guess I could go to town a buy expensive Ink with a “Nice Logo” to print tax documents. Once I'm finished printing 10 to 12 documents, I'll be done for awhile and will start the process again of changing out dry Ink cartridges when ready to print again. I recommend that all purchased Ink orders are verified twice before shipment with a stamp or signature, if done, perhaps a quality review of your quality review is warranted. Thanks for taking the time to read the aforementioned comments. I took the time to write it in order to allow management a opportunity to review processes and make changes as necessary. Good product and value, hopefully this will create a great training opportunity and all a review/discussion of current processes enhancing your product.
