- Flawless performance and great quality and price 0 people found this helpfulI've recently purchased 3 LC401XL cartridges of each color for my Brother MFC-J1010DW. I had been using LD Products Brother compatible cartridges but for whatever reason their brand new cartridges right out of the package would not be recognized by my Brother printer. A big red X appears on the display of what cartridge I'm replacing and no matter what I did I could not get the LD Products cartridges to work...brand new! I powered off the printer and still no joy just a red X in the cartridge I replaced. So now I just pop in a new Inkjets LC401XL cartridge and voila the printer recognized it and worked flawlessly. Inkjets Brother compatible cartridges snap in just like OEM Brother cartridges but LD Products do not whether that makes a difference I don't think so but LD Products cartridges did not work and I am no longer a customer of LD Products. I wasted $42 on 2 boxes of 4 of each color and I really doubt that they stand behind their product guarantee. In any case, I am now a loyal customer of Inkjets products. Your cartridges are well made and performed flawlessly. Thank you Inkjets.
