- 100% satisfaction 0 people found this helpfulI could not believe the quick response to my query after finding my HP printer rejecting the inkjet cartridges after apparently recognizing them to not be original HP. I sent the tried cartridges the same day that the replacements arrived in our mail just 4-5 days after my call. Because I needed working cartridges I had, in the meantime purchased official HP cartridges and kept on working. I have not yet tried the replacements sent by Inkjets.com. But I am looking forward to that and am confident that we will have done everything possible. The Inkjets.com pricing is less than 50% the cost of the official HP. My printer is just a few months old....so I am in the mode to make it work. Thanks.
- cartridges... 0 people found this helpfulProduct works well. Did NOT like the length of time for delivery. Implied they were in the mail with a tracking number-However, they were not. It took from 9/16 to 9/26 to actually be in the mail. Not good customer service.
