- Worked as expected 0 people found this helpfulThis was a replacement order. The first set I got would not work in my HP 8610, due to a HP firmware upgrade. The only problem with this order was I was told it would ship the Monday after I ordered it, but I got 3 notices that it had shipped, but it didn't actually ship until the Friday after I ordered. (that was a week).
- First Replacement Cartridges 0 people found this helpfulThis was my first purchase from Ink Jets. I don't print much at home and the new cartridges were installed a few days ago. So far they are working fine. I tried one other supplier before ordering from IJ and their's failed due to a HP firmware update, so they said. Prior to placing my order with IJ I talked to your rep who assured me yours would work fine plus they were guaranteed. Currently I give you a 4 and if I have not issues I'll order again and rate you 5.
